Bloody brawl in Odenkirchen
Mönchengladbach - Bloody brawl on the night of Saturday in Mönchengladbach-Odenkirchen.
Erupted in the area Castle Freedom / Martin-Luther-Platz was among several males, a violent quarrel.
After a brief exchange of words, the men like a madman with fists, sticks and stones lashed at one another. Even severed beer bottles were used as a weapon. So violent that three people had to be admitted to a hospital.
Because at one of the first victims of a lethal injury was adopted (which turned out to be not applicable), directed the police initially a homicide. Which was later disbanded. The forensic lasted several hours. An official: "The trail of blood ran through the whole district."
